We have spent a lot of time improving our communication techniques, and getting better at communicating a design to both the Client and the Builder.

Of course, many of our designs are also submitted to the relevant Council for approval, so having plans that clearly communicate the idea is our responsibility and challenge.

The projects shown here are just a small sample of over 1000 projects we have successfully completed since our Company's inception.

We are able to do a complete design from scratch, along with the Engineering Analysis that ensures that it will stand up to the elements.

Beach House

This was a the owner's dream home built on a steep cliff overlooking the ocean. We loved the views!

Boat Shed and Gatehouse

This job required us to be extremely accurate with the boundary positions, and also design a modern looking boat shed and gatehouse.

Concrete Sleeper Retaining Wall

This was a huge job, with challenging terrain and walls that needed to be 3m high in places. This is a job we're very proud of.

This was a relatively straighforward job, as most carports are, but the house behind had a complex raking roof, so we needed create something that integrated well.

This was a challenging proposal, as the existing steep drieway was replaced with a garage, with access stairs leading to a new deck.

The layout and materials used in this addition were guided by the client, so we shared a Conceptboard page for them to comment on.

Wall removal

This job involved removing a wall in a kitchen. the view you see here would not have been possible, as the existing wall would have blocked the view.

Racecourse Tower Access Stairs and Viewing Platforms

A Structural Inspection revealed the existing access stairs to be non-compliant and unsafe, so a new set of stairs was designed, complete with new veiwing platforms.
